RANDY WISE HOMES

Randy Wise was born and raised in Niceville Fl. In 1976 he and his wife Debbie began building custom homes. It was a slow beginning but with determination and a commitment to excellent quality and customer  satisfaction they are now one of th e leading custom home builders in the area  providing home building  and remodeling services to at least 50 customers a year.                                                                                   

Since their beginning Randy Wise Homes has received many industry awards, including 19 APEX awards, a regular winner of Parade of Homes and the 2004 Emerald Coast Magazine Builder of the Year. Randy Wise Homes has won the coveted Chrysalis Florida Remodeler of the Year Award on three occasions and has been on the Qualified Remodeler’s Nationwide TOP 500 list several times.

Perhaps Randy Wise Homes’ most prestigious award came in 2000 with the Industry Pride award; only a few of these have been given out by peers in the industry in recognition of extraordinary service to the community! Randy is directly involved with many civic organizations such as Habitat for Humanity the Children’s Advocacy Center and teaching at the local college as well as teaching continuing education for the State of Florida to other contractors.

Randy Wise Homes has been involved with many prominent developments such as Grand Oaks and Swift Creek in Niceville, Bolton’s Landing in Bluewater Bay, The Plantation at Freeport, and Heritage Manor in Crestview. From humble beginnings over 30 years ago Randy and Debbie have developed and maintained a successful contracting business that has set the standard for quality and professionalism while still maintaining superior customer satisfaction and strong community relationships.
